INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING BBA STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM

Read instructions carefully before filling the form.

  1. To fill out the form, you need to register first. After approval of your registration, you will be able to complete the form.
  2. During student registration, enter your 3-digit college roll number correctly.
  3. Mandatory Fields: Fill all required (*) fields accurately. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  4. Contact Information: Provide a valid mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email ID.
  5. Document Uploads: Prepare scanned copies (JPG/JPEG/PNG, 10KB-200KB) of:
    • Student Photo
    • Student Signature
    • Student Aadhaar Card
  6. Review Before Submitting: Ensure all details are correct; once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
  7. Wait for upto 24 working hour to be approved before paying the fees.
  8. After submitting the form, ensure to print the application form for future reference.
  9. No need to submit the hardcopy of the application form to the college.

  • Transaction fee charges will not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/chargeback or any other reasons.
  • Transaction fee charges will not be borne by the cardholder for any payment.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of Gaya College, Gaya.
