- To fill out the form, you need to register first. After approval of your registration, you will be able to complete the form.
- During student registration, enter your univertsity username correctly.
- Mandatory Fields: Fill all required (*) fields accurately. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- Contact Information: Provide a valid mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email ID.
- Document Uploads: Prepare scanned copies (JPG/JPEG/PNG, 10KB-200KB) of:
- Student Photo
- Student Signature
- Student Aadhaar Card
- Review Before Submitting: Ensure all details are correct; once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
- Wait for 1 day to be approved before paying the fees.
- After submitting the form, ensure that self-attested hard copies of all uploaded documents are submitted to the college along with the application form along with Mandatory Disclosure form.
Payment Terms & Conditions
- Transaction fee charges will not be refunded/reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/chargeback or any other reasons.
- Transaction fee charges will be borne by the cardholder for any payment.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of Gaya College, Gaya Ji.
