During student registration, enter your 3-digit college roll number correctly.
Mandatory Fields: Fill all required (*) fields accurately. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
Contact Information: Provide a valid mobile number, WhatsApp number, and email ID.
Document Uploads: Prepare scanned copies (JPG/JPEG/PNG, 10KB-200KB) of:
- Student Photo
- Student Signature
- Student Aadhaar Card
- 10^th Marksheet
- 12^th Marksheet
- 12^th Migration Certificate
- Admission Receipt
Review Before Submitting: Ensure all details are correct; once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
After submitting the form, ensure to print the application form for future reference.
No need to submit the hardcopy of the application form to the college.
